KC Bushings & Pins

KCF (Kovar CoFe) is a specialized metal material that incorporates main metal elements such as iron, chromium, lead, mercury, PBB, PBDE. This material involves a unique heat treatment process. The annealing process occurs within the temperature range of 1000-1500 °C, providing effective insulation due to the high-quality insulation layer with a thickness of 8-10 microns on the surface.

The KCF material has a structure that can be processed into pins, tubes, and various shapes. It is particularly used in the welding of product components in the automotive industry, such as bolts and nut welding. This material is not a coated product; instead, it is a specially processed material with a natural insulating property. Additionally, it offers an economical alternative for ceramic centering pins used during welding.

The benefits of the KCF material include:

1- Good insulation performance

2- Excellent wear resistance capability

3- High-temperature oxidation prevention performance

4- Good thermal shock performance
